I love a challenge. I’ve decided to find the cheapest way to get to the wonderful Emirate of Dubai from London, and it’s all possible for £151 return. So how can you do this, when even indirect flights are in excess of £300?
Well this is the low cost airline route. Not for everyone, but for those who want to get to Dubai for an outrageously cheap price, this could well be just the ticket!
You’ll take advantage of Wizz Air’s routing, which operate from London Luton and Dubai world airport. There will be a stopover in Sofia, Bulgaria to enjoy, where you can split either/both of the journeys with a stopover in the Bulgarian capital.

Flight booking one
Just head over to Skyscanner, and plug in the dates: 4th October flying back 14th October.
(this is just an example, dates are wide open, so use the view by month option on skyscanner for maximum flexibility)
Flight booking two
This will be your second leg booking, so plug in the dates 5th October > 12th October for these prices.

Stopover in Sofia
You’ll be wondering about your stopover. Near the airport i’d recommend the brand new and highly rated Ibis hotel. At only £17pp based on two people sharing.
Great! So how about accommodation in Dubai?
Wayy ahead of you on this one. If you want a modern, centrally located hotel, i’d recommend the Suha city hotel. Rated 4/5 on Trip Advisor you’ll be sure to have a comfortable stay. Working out at just £33 each based on two people sharing. What’s more, October is a wonderful time to visit the city, the temperature’s are down to a comfortable 30c, so perfect for winter sunshine, but not to the level of near 50c during the summer months.
